One thing to note: NZ almost always long body rucks when they do go into contact. That makes it much easier to quickly have one guy ruck and a second pick and pass. In 7's, its crucial to ruck with as few people as possible, since 4 guys at a breakdown only leaves 3 guys to attack (or defend) with

We have a set of sevens jerseys...there hasn't been any talk about new threads.

We have talked about getting PBR patches on our 7s jerseys. The 7s jerseys are the navy mesh jersey with red sides that I wear frequently to practice. They are lightweight and we sized them based on our old 7s team which featured 2 backs and 5 forwards.
