West Potomac RFC Match Day Schedule - Slug 7's

Gentlemen,

We defend our title as reigning Rocky Gorge Slug Sevens Champions this weekend. Furthermore, our matrix rivals North Bay and Western Suburbs are in the social division with us. Let’s improve on our great performance last week and show the PRU that West Potomac is the elite of the union.

Our first kickoff is 10:25 am. Therefore, prepare to arrive at the pitch no later than 9:30 am. Expect to play more matches this weekend with better weather and more teams in the social division.

Please, let me know if you are planning on attending as I’d like a preliminary headcount for entrance fees.

vs. Severn River 12:55 pm (Could be a typo on the bracket…)
Bowl Semi Final 2:30 pm (Middle teams in each pool)
Cup Semi Final 3:00 pm (Top teams in each pool)
Plunger Final (Bottom two teams in the division)
Bowl Final 3:40 pm (Winners, Bowl Semis)
Cup Final 4:00 pm (Winners, Cup Semis)

Directions to the Pitch:

East Columbia Branch Library
6600 Cradlerock Way
Columbia, MD 21045

From 95 towards Columbia. Take route 32 west to Brokenland Parkway North and turn right at the fork which will put you on Brokenland. Go a few miles (do not take Cradleroack way South which you will pass) and turn right onto Cradlerock Way North . Go approx 1/2 mile and turn right into Library - fields are behind the the parking lot.
Please park as far away from the library as possible.

To get to Main St Bar and Grill (Oliver's) from the pitch in Columbia:

Go back to I-95 and go south toward Washington, DC.
Take the Route 216 east exit toward Laurel.
Follow this road for a mile or so, then turn left onto Main Street.
Look for Oliver's Old Town Tavern on the left (between 5th and 6th streets).
Parking is available on the street or around back.
