You may or may not have heard about the greatest robbery plot of the last decade that unfolded in September. If you haven't here's the skinny:
A man robbed an armored car in Washington State by macing the guards and making off with a bag of cash. The man reportedly wore a yellow vest, blue shirt, hardhat, jeans, and a ventilator mask. Police were confounded by the dozen other people wearing the exact same thing congregating outside of a Bank of America at the time of the heist.
Those people were responding to an ad placed on Craigslist for road workers that offered $28.50/hour to show up outside that Bank of America at that exact time wearing those oddly similar clothes. Perfect decoys.
To ensure that the heist would be one of the most remarkable in modern times, the culprit dashed to the shore of a nearby creek and jumped in a waiting yellow inner tube and floated to freedom. Police believe he was picked up by a boat waiting downstream.
