FINAL CALL- 2010 Banquet

Gentlemen,

I wanted to send out a final notice to all that we have to send our head count and guest list in to our caterer and the Capitol Police by the end of today. Please contact myself, Bible, or Rob if you are still planning on going and have yet to let us know. See the list below to see if you have made contact. We are looking forward to a nice evening at the Capitol and in order to make your transportation needs as simple as possible I wanted to recommend the following PARKING strategies:


1.) Cab directly to the intersection of S.Capitol St.SW and Independence Ave.SE and walk down to the S.Capitol St.SW entrance to Longworth.

2.) Park near the after party locale ( Hamiltons ) and walk or cab over to Longoworth at S.Capitol St.SW and Ind. Ave.SE

3.) Metro over to Capiol South Metro and walk over to the S.Capitol St.SW entrance to Longworth.

4.) Park in the neighborhood near Tortilla Coast and Congressional liquors and walk over.



Cabs will be available on Independence Ave. after the event to get us over to Hamiltons or you can brave the cold and walk over.

SIDENOTE: We will have access to the Longworth balcony so feel free to bring cigars etc.
