The 2008 Fall Schedule has been posted to the website so go check it out and start RSVP'ing your regrets to any weddings that you have been invited to. Or convince people to get married during the week (but not Tuesday or Thursday evening -- we have practice).
Our first "official" fifteens practice will be Saturday 8/16 at Gravelly Point from 10-noon. We will follow that up with another Saturday practice on 8/23 and then start our regular Tues/Thurs night training on 8/26.
Find out about some "informal" training sessions after the jump...
For those of you who have taken the summer off and want to get a couple structured workout sessions in before Murray destroys you on 8/15, we will be running next Tuesday and Thursday evening at Gravelly. The plan is to start off with our regular stretching and warm-up routine before rolling into some cardio/ball handling drills and then finishing up with a little touch rugby.
I hope to see a good turnout next week so that everyone is on the same page for Saturday and we can get two solid hours of work done instead of running around like a bunch of retarded jackals.

Who is EboRâguebi?
You may have noticed a particular commenter with broken English and a unique screen name. I searched for EboRâguebi on google and here is what I've found (Read More):
The Normal Stuff:
1. EboRâguebi has a blog on blogspot (will give the URL upon request, see below)
2. He (Luis) appears to be an adolescent rugby fan from Portugal.
3. Luis has the above video on his blog, which is one of the most awesome videos I have ever seen.
4. I have not found reason to doubt the authenticity of his website or blog. It appears to be legitimate. There are no links to illicit websites anywhere on his blog.
*The video above is taken from youtube directly and is verified as safe*
Now Here is Where I Have Concerns:
1. EboRâguebi has commented on dozens, possibly hundreds of blogs in multiple languages with similar cryptic messages to the couple of messages he has posted here.
2. I would classify this behavior as blogspam and should be viewed skeptically.
3. My Firefox browser produced a security concern while browsing his blog. Due to the possible security vulnerabilities and the blogspam in several languages, I will only give out his blog URL on request with the disclaimer that you should have adequate anti-virus & firewall protection in place.
This being established, I invite EboRâguebi (Luis) to contact me directly (kylekoz@gmail.com) and verify his authenticity.

EboRâguebi answered
Hi, my name is Luis and I'm not a teenager actualy I'm only 10. I didn't quite understand what you meant when I saw your post "who is eboraguebi" that's why I asked for some help with the english. I work on my blog with my father and he though it was a good idea to send people (who have other blogs and that are also interrested in rugby)some messages in order to have a little more viewings on my own blog! The messeges aren't spam! And the bad english is just because I translate everyting on google, and I use other languages just in case people don't speak english... You said it yourself "There are no links to illicit websites anywhere on his blog." My father (who is unemployed) thought that this would be a nice way to show my blog to the world. By the way I'm sorry that I'm only answering now, but I was out of town.
Who is EboRâguebi?
Well it is just everyting you've read above.
Best wishes

Eborâguebi is waiting for an answer
thank you
Can we work eboraguebi into our coat of arms somehow?
EboRâguebi for Skip!
I retract my previous concerns about EboRâguebi and welcome him as a friend of the team.
Also, I second EboRâguebi's nomination as skipper.
"Hi Luis,
I have posted a comment on the blog. I have deleted my previous post "Who is EboRâguebi?" I apologize for the concerns I posted about your blog and welcome you as a friend of the team. I hope to see your comments often. I will post a link to your blog on ours.
-Kyle"
Eborâguebi is also going to post a link of your blog!
I'll buy EboRaguebi his first PBR...in 11 years.
JayFisher, what does pbr stand for?
Micah, are you fluent or using an online translator?
I don't speak or understand spoken Portuguese. However, its similar to Spanish and Esperanto which I dabble in. So, with the help of iGoogle translator and a little trial and error I am hopefully getting my point across.
I see a new West Potomac Office...

Micah,
Muito Obrigado,
Por traduzir PBR
Podes traduzir?
Between Koz's and EboRâguebi's posts I have to stop reading the blog at work. There are only so many times you can be caught laughing out loud before people start to catch on that you don't actually work all 8 hours. Fish, what is PBR? Friggin' hilarious.
Sean e JayFisher beber muita cerveja. Sean e JayFisher deveria beber menos, e deve prática rugby mais.
O segredo para se tornar um grande jogador rugby é prática, prática, e mais prática. Não preste atenção à nossa discussão de cerveja.
Fico feliz eu poderia ajudar, boa sorte Luis.
